I make a new project. Open the directory/folder where the graphics are located (.jpg files). I double click for each part (front, inside, back, CD, etc.). The graphics usually show up on the right side, but not always. Sometimes, instead of the actual graphic, there is just a black graphic. Sometimes, there is no graphic at all -- it just won't drag over or show up by double-clicking the file on the left.
Sometimes, all the graphics show up OK when viewing, but after clicking to print, some of them show up, again, as just black graphics. Sometimes, NOTHING shows up.
I read the help files and the only thing I could find on this subject was that lack of memory or disk space could cause this problem.

So, I don't think RAM or free disk space has any bearing on the problem. I believe it's an inherent problem with the program.
When I make the graphics for CD covers, I always make them at 360 dpi, at exactly the size of actual covers.
This problem has stymied me and I really want to use this program, since, the few times I've been able to actually print out covers, it performs admirably. No fussing around to move the graphics exactly to the correct position, etc. (I did have to work with the printer alignment to get the printouts exactly where I wanted them, but that was no problem.)
I hope someone can help because I really need an excellent program such as this, but can't live with the problems I discussed above.
