This is a great product, I love the ability to trim & crossfade tracks individually. I did run into trouble though when trying to add some songs downloaded from Walmart.com. Those purchased songs come with a license that allows the song to be downloaded to one pc and a certain amount of CDs. When trying to drag the song in from Windows Explorer the error message says something like the file may not exist on the hard drive or it may be on a network drive that's not accessible. This happens just on some, not all songs downloaded from Walmart. It never happens from songs copied from CDs or songs I've recorded from vinyl. I am able to play these songs with Windows Media Player, MusicMatch & Nero. I was finally able to get the songs into Acoustica by burning the song to CD with Media Player, then copying the song from that CD.
