I've had problems with two different machines with a bug that crashes Windows Explorer whenever you double-click on an MP3 file to play it, or when you right-click on an MP3 file to take some other action, (i.e., cut/paste, copy/paste, delete, rename, etc)
I found on another website that uninstalling MP3-to-Wave-Converter would stop the problem.... I did uninstall it, and the problem stopped instantly.
I just wanted to give you a heads-up that your software seems to be the source of the problem, and I have unfortunately had to uninstall it on both of my machines in order to stop crashing the operating system. (This problem is manifested in both Windows/2000 and Win/XP, and Win/XP-SP2...)
